Cancellation policy
We try to be as flexible as we can. Here's how it works for direct bookings.
Free cancellation window
You can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before your check-in date. We'll refund any deposit in full.
Late cancellations
If you cancel between 7 and 3 days before check-in, we keep the first night as a cancellation fee and refund the rest.
If you cancel within 72 hours of check-in, or you don't show up, the full first night is charged.
Modifications and date changes
Changing your dates is free if you let us know more than 7 days in advance, subject to availability. We'll do our best to match your new dates at the same rate, but very high season may require a small adjustment.
Special situations
Flight cancelled, medical emergency, family situation — life happens. Message us directly. We've waived fees plenty of times for real reasons, and we'd rather you come back another time than feel burned.
Group bookings (4 rooms or more)
Group bookings have their own cancellation terms agreed at the time of booking, usually with a 30-day window and a non-refundable deposit.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed within 5 business days. Bank transfer times depend on your bank — usually 3–7 days to land in your account.
OTA bookings (Booking.com, Agoda, etc.)
If you booked through a third-party site, their cancellation policy applies, not ours. We can't override their rules. Booking direct with us is more flexible (and cheaper) — see how to book direct.
