Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability — just ask.

Identification

Vietnamese law requires us to register every guest. Please bring a valid passport (foreign guests) or national ID (Vietnamese guests) at check-in.

Payment

We accept cash (VND), bank transfer, and card payments. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking — the amount is shown at the time of booking.

Children and extra guests

Children under 6 stay free in the same bed with parents. Extra bed is available in some room types for a small surcharge — please ask in advance. The maximum occupancy of each room is what's shown on the booking page; we can't add more guests on the night.

Smoking

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only. A cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs in a room.

Pets

We don't accept pets at this time, with the exception of registered service animals.

Damage and lost items

Guests are responsible for damage to the property or missing items beyond normal wear. We try to be reasonable — small accidents happen — but significant damage will be charged at replacement cost.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We're a small property — please be considerate of other guests.

Liability

Luna Oriental is not responsible for personal items lost or left in the room. We have a safe at reception for valuables — please ask the staff.

Force majeure

If something beyond our control (natural disaster, government order, utility outage) prevents us from providing the room you booked, we'll either move you to a comparable room or refund the affected nights in full.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Phú Quốc.
